2 INGREDIENT HOMEMADE NAAN BREAD (NO YEAST)

2 main ingredients. 15 minutes. Can homemade Naan get any easier?!

ADD, ADD, ADD

the flour & Greek yogurt to a bowl. I added additional salt here but since the flour already has it, that part is totally optional

MIX, MIX, MIX

it allllll up with your hands until well combined - it'll be sticky at first but get way easier to work with as it forms

FLOUR, FLOUR, FLOUR

your dough ball & work surface to make everything easier to work with

SHAPE, SHAPE, SHAPE

the dough into a flattened circle using your palms and hands

CUT, CUT, CUT

the dough into 8 even pieces (dough scraper is great for this)

SHAPE, SHAPE, SHAPE

each piece into a rectangular or triangular naan like shape (they don't have to be perfect)

COOK, COOK, COOK

in a non-stick HOT skillet with no oil. 3 minutes on the first side, 2 on the other

OPTIONAL (BUT NOT REALLY)

brush 'em up with butter, minced garlic & fresh chopped parsley
