Can you believe these soft & perfect cookies are made with just 3 ingredients?!

ADD, ADD, ADD

the 3 ingredients into a bowl and mix, using a rubber spatula or a spoon, until well combined

FORM, FORM, FORM

1-inch balls out of the dough using your hands and spread them out evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet

GENTLY, GENTLY, GENTLY

use a fork to flatten the cookies a bit and make a criss cross pattern on the tops

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 350° oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy but the insides still soft
