on a cutting board with the back of a knife then add the salt over top

MINCE, MINCE, MINCE

finely until sort of a paste forms

ADD THE GARLIC PASTE AND MAYO TO A BOWL

& stir with a fork until nicely combined

DRIZZLE, DRIZZLE, DRIZZLE

the olive oil in at a slow and steady pace while whisking at the same time

DO THE SAME THING

with the lemon juice, whisking until smooth

ADD THE CAYENNE

for a bit of heat (or omit for none at all)
