START BY CAREFULLY CUTTING A SPAGHETTI SQUASH IN HALF

& I mean carefully...these bad bouys can be verrry tough!

SCOOP OUT THOSE SEEDS!

don't forget to save them for roasting to make a deliciously healthy snack!

GET THE AIR FRYER TRAY OR BASKET READY

by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper

BRUSH 'EM UP!

allllll over with avocado oil

SEASON THOSE BABIES UP!

gernerously with salt, pepper & garlic powder

AIR FRYER READY!

at 370° for 30-35 minutes or until soft & tender

TIME TO MAKE SPAGHETTI!

using a fork, scrape the interiors to create spaghetti like strands

LET'S SEASON 'EM UP

with some fresh parmesan & parsley
