APPLE CRISP WITHOUT OATS

Is it possible that a dessert this good can be this healthy? (yes, yes it is)

ADD, ADD, ADD

the almond flour, nuts, coconut oil, honey and cinnamon to a bowl and stir to combine to make the topping

PEEL, PEEL, PEEL

core and slice the apples into very thin slices

ADD, ADD, ADD

the lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg then stir well to combine

ADD, ADD, ADD

the sliced cinnamon apples to a greased 9x9 square baking dish then spread them into an even layer

ADD, ADD, ADD

the crumbly mixture on top, making sure to spread it into an even layer over the apples

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 350° oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the apples are crisp and tender

Best served up with a scoop (or two!) of ice cream!
