It may be simple. But boy is it DELICIOUS.

COOK, COOK, COOK

the pasta until al dente

ADD, ADD, ADD

the olive oil and sliced garlic to a large skillet and cook until slightly browned, about 5 min

ADD, ADD, ADD

the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat in the garlic infused oil

ADD, ADD, ADD

some pasta water - a bit at a time - until the pasta thins out and becomes creamy 

ADD, ADD, ADD

the chili flakes, parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley to the skillet and toss to coat

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

with salt and pepper to taste

Don't forget extra freshly grated parm on top!
