MAKE THE DIPPING SAUCE

by combining the apricot jam & Thai sweet chili sauce in a bowl

MAKE THE FIRST BOWL

by combining the flour & all of the spices

MAKE THE SECOND BOWL

by cracking & whisking two eggs

MAKE THE THIRD BOWL

by combining the panko breadcrumbs & shredded coconut

TOSS, TOSS, TOSS

the raw shrimp in salt & pepper after patting dry with clean paper towels

MAKE THE SHRIMP

by dredging it in each of the bowls - flour first, then egg then coconut mixture

LINE 'EM UP

in a single layer on a wire rack over a parchment lined baking sheet

SPRAY, SPRAY, SPRAY

the tops with cooking spray then bake in a 400° oven for 10-15 minutes
