the turkey wings dry with paper towel to absorb excess moisture

the olive oil over top and then season generously all over with the savory turkey dry rub

in a baking dish or roasting pan with chicken broth, lemon slices, and fresh herbs

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 375°F for 1.5-2 hours, covered with foil for the first hour
