all of the ingredients except the ketchup, honey and dijon to a large bowl

until well combined being careful not to overmix

MAKE, MAKE, MAKE

the glaze by whisking the ketchup, honey and dijon mustard in a bowl until well combined

ADD, ADD, ADD

the mixture to a loaf pan then turn it out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and use your hands to shape

BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH

the sides and top of the meatloaf all over with the glaze

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 375° oven for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
