Fall apart tender and melt-in-yo-mouth DELISH.

the brisket dry with paper towel then season it on all sides with salt and pepper

the brisket in the instant pot with some oil on all sides until browned

ADD, ADD, ADD

the sliced onions and garlic to the pot and saute for a few minutes until soft

the worcestershire, spices and tomato paste to the pot then stir to combine

the beef broth and red wine and give it a good stir

the brisket back into the pot then secure the lid and set it to 60 mins on high pressure

naturally releasing the pressure for 10-15 minutes, quickly release the remaining pressure

REST, REST, REST

on a cutting board for a few minutes before slicing against the grain and serving

Serve it up with lime, parsley and extra onions and sauce from the instant pot!
