the brussels sprouts and cut them in half

with EVOO, salt & pepper then lay them out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet

ROAST, ROAST, ROAST

in a 400° oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through

MAKE THE CREAM SAUCE

by sautéeing the shallots & garlic in butter & nutmeg until soft

ADD, ADD, ADD

the heavy cream and cheeses and cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts

POUR, POUR, POUR

the brussels sprouts in a baking dish then top with the deliciously creamy sauce

TOP, TOP, TOP

with cooked crispy crumbled bacon

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 375° oven for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is niiiice & bubbly
