ADD THE CAULIFLOWER

to a parchment lined baking sheet with half the olive oil & spices

TOSS 'EM UP TO EVENLY COAT

then roast in a 425° oven for 30 minutes, flipping after the first 20

RESERVE SOME FLORETS FOR GARNISHING THE HUMMUS

PRO TIP: Take the prettiest/smaller pieces

NOW FOR THE FUN PART

add all the ingredients plus the roasted cauliflower to a food processor or high speed blender...

BLEND, BLEND, BLEND

until smooth & all the ingredients are well combined..

TA-DA!

Just look at that texture!
