CAULIFLOWER "MAC" & CHEESE

Move over, Macaroni. This Cauliflower "Mac" & Cheese  is ready to take over!

START WITH A LARGE HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER

& cut it into florets

BRING A POT SALTED WATER TO A BOIL

add & cook the cauliflower for about 6 minutes then drain

ADD THE BUTTER TO A HOT PAN

& sautée the onions and garlic until soft and translucent. Set aside until ready to use.

NOW LET'S MAKE THE CHEESE SAUCE!

add the cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese & all the spices to a small saucepan over medium heat. Give 'er a good stir!

STIR, STIR, STIR

until the cheese melts and a thick sauce forms...

TIME TO ASSEMBLE!

start by adding the tender cauliflower to a casserole dish..

the sautéed onions & garlic...

& NOW FOR THE DROOL WORTHY CHEESE SAUCE...

cause can you ever really have enough?!

TIME TO BAKE!

in a 375° oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is niiiice & bubbly.
