CAULIFLOWER SOUP WITH GINGER AND TURMERIC

the celery, carrots and onion in the coconut oil for a few minutes, until soft

ADD, ADD, ADD

the cauliflower, ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt/pepper, cinnamon & nutmeg & cook an additional few minutes

ADD, ADD, ADD

the coconut milk & chicken broth, bring to a boil then cover

SIMMER, SIMMER, SIMMER

for 15-20 minutes or until the veggies are fork tender

REMOVE, REMOVE, REMOVE

half the cauliflower florets from the pot

PURÉE, PURÉE, PURÉE

until smooth (or until you reach your desired consistency)

STIR, STIR, STIR

back in the reserved florets and some chopped fresh parsley
