the chicken cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper

2 pieces of fresh sage to the middle of each cutlet

TOP, TOP, TOP

each cutlet with a thin slice of prosciutto

DREDGE, DREDGE, DREDGE

each prosciutto wrapped cutlet in flour, coating both sides

SEAR, SEAR, SEAR

them on both sides until browned and cooked through

ADD, ADD, ADD

the butter, chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice to the skillet, cook until reduced by half then add the chicken back in
