COBB SALAD WITH CANNED WILD SALMON

A delicious take on a classic with creamy homemade dressing, broiled bacon & perfect jammy eggs.

BROIL THE BACON

in an oven on high, for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through

MAKE THE DRESSING

by mixing the Greek yogurt, olive oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt & pepper until well combined

SEASON THE SALMON

with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt & pepper then mix until well combined

SOFT BOIL THE EGGS

by cooking them in boiling water for exactly 6.5 minutes then transferring them to an ice bath to stop the cooking

LOAD 'ER UP WITH ALL THE GOODS

canned salmon, broiled bacon, olives, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, jammy eggs & dressing

I meaaaan, would you just look at those jammy eggggggs?!?!
