FIRST UP

make the cream cheese filling. Add the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract & pumpkin spice to a bowl & blend

PORTION IT OUT

into tablespoon sized circles & flatten them out with your fingers

TO THE FREEZER THEY GO!

to harden and become so much easier to work with!

GATHER THOSE DRY INGREDIENTS

add them to a bowl & whisk to combine well

GATHER THOSE WET INGREDIENTS

add them to a bowl & blend to combine well

ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE WET

and blend, blend, blend to combine

SCOOP 'ER OUT!

use some form of measurement to ensure you're getting as even scoops as possible

FLATTEN THEM OUT 

so they're easier to fill & work with

FILL THOSE BABIES UP

with the stiff cream cheese circles from the freezer

MAKE THE CINNAMON SUGAR DUSTING

mix the cinnamon, sugar and ginger until well combined

COAT THOSE BABIES UP

alllllll around, nice & good

FLATTEN 'EM OUT

to help 'em bake up nicely in the oven

TIME TO BAKE!

in a 350° oven for 15-20 minutes
