'em up in some olive oil with the onions, garlic & dried thyme

ONCE SOFT

add the chicken broth and salt & pepper. Give it a good stir & simmer for 5-10 minutes

NEXT UP

add your cooked shredded chicken to the pot and give it a good stir

LET'S TAKE THIS THING UP A NOTCH!

slllllowly stir in your heavy cream

AND FINALLY...

some chopped fresh parsley FTW.
