WHITE WINE, GARLIC & LEMON SAUTÉED SHRIMP

So quick. So easy. And SO full of flavour.

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

raw shrimp with salt & pepper, tossing well to combine

HEAT, HEAT, HEAT

the oil & butter in a skillet then sautée the minced garlic for a minute or two

NEXT UP

add the wine & cook until reduced slightly, about 2 minutes

ADD THE RAW SHRIMP

and cook, undisturbed, for about 2 minutes or until the tails & outer edges start turning pink

FLIP, FLIP, FLIP

and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through & transluscent

DEGLAZE THE PAN

by adding more butter & white wine being sure to scrape up any browned bits at the bottom

ADD THE COOKED SHRIMP BACK IN

and season generously with salt, pepper & a squeeze of lemon

GARNISH, GARNISH, GARNISH

with fresh chopped parsley & extra lemon wedges
