potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork tender, drain & set aside

COOK, COOK, COOK

the celery and onions in some butter until soft

ADD, ADD, ADD

the garlic & cook until fragrant then add the flour, salt & pepper & stir until coated

WHISK, WHISK, WHISK

in the milk, stirring constantly to ensure nothing burns. Cook for 10 minutes

ADD, ADD, ADD

the salmon, bacon, frozen veggies, potatoes, dill & tarragon, stir until heated through

STIR, STIR, STIR

the grated cheddar cheese into the pot until melted

PLATE, PLATE, PLATE

the chowder into bowls & top with more bacon, cheddar & green onions
