the yeast and water to a bowl, whisk to combine then allow to proof for about 5 mins (until frothy)

the flour and salt to the bowl then use a spatula to combine until a shaggy ball forms

COVER, COVER, COVER

with plastic wrap and allow to rise for about an hour or until it has doubled in size

GREASE, GREASE, GREASE

a baking sheet with olive oil then gently spread your dough out on top

TOP, TOP, TOP

with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh chopped rosemary and halved cherry tomatoes

SPRINKLE, SPRINKLE, SPRINKLE

with flaky sea salt then bake in a 425° oven for 20-25 mins
