a sheet of rice paper in some water for 15-20 seconds until soft but still a little firm

FILL, FILL, FILL

with all your favourite chopped veggies (no need to cook first)

ROLL, ROLL, ROLL

into spring rolls being sure to secure both ends

Don't forget the peanut sauce... aka the PERFECT pairing.
