SHRIMP BAKE WITH FETA & TOMATOES (SHRIMP SAGANAKI)

Ready to be transported to Greece?!

the shallots in some olive oil for a few minutes, until soft

ADD, ADD, ADD

the minced garlic and cook an additional couple of minutes, until fragrant

ADD, ADD, ADD

the diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper & ouzo and cook until thickened, 5-10 minutes

STIR, STIR, STIR

in the chopped fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese

ADD, ADD, ADD

the raw shrimp right on top in a single layer then bake for 10-12 mins in a 400° oven

TOP, TOP, TOP

with some extra chopped fresh parsley
