HOMEMADE ICE CREAM

NO CHURN COFFEE ICE CREAM

No ice cream machine or fancy equipment needed!

ADD, ADD, ADD

the coffee granules and hot water to a bowl and whisk until dissolved

WHISK, WHISK, WHISK

the heavy cream in the bowl of a stand mixer until stiff peaks form

ADD, ADD, ADD

the condensed milk, vanilla and coffee mixture to a bowl and stir until combined

FOLD, FOLD, FOLD

in the whipped cream being careful not to deflate it

POUR, POUR, POUR

into a container or loaf pan, smooth out the top then freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight

Better than store bought if I do say so myself.
