HOMEMADE TORTILLA CHIPS (FROM CORN TORTILLAS)

Baked, not fried, my friend!

ADD, ADD, ADD

the olive oil and lime juice to a small bowl and whisk to combine

CUT, CUT, CUT

the corn tortillas into even sized wedges or triangles

BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH

each triangle with the olive oil/lime mixture on each side then place them evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet (use a wire rack if you have one)

SPRINKLE, SPRINKLE, SPRINKLE

each chip with salt (I like using maldon sea salt flakes)

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until the tortilla chips are golden brown and crispy

Store-bought no more!
