the carrots and cut them into even sized rounds or sticks

MIX, MIX, MIX

all the glaze ingredients in a bowl until well combined

TOSS, TOSS, TOSS

the raw carrots in the glaze until each one is nicely coated

SPREAD, SPREAD, SPREAD

'em out on a parchment lined baking sheet in an even single layer

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 400° oven for 20-25 minutes or until they're soft & caramelized to your liking
