HOT COCOA COOKIES WITH MARSHMALLOWS

Everything you love about hot cocoa but in cookie form.

ADD, ADD, ADD

the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda & salt to a large bowl and whisk until combined

CREAM, CREAM, CREAM

together the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy

ADD, ADD, ADD

the eggs in, one at a time and then add in the vanilla extract

ADD, ADD, ADD

in the cocoa powder, little by little, until everything is nicely incorporated

FOLD, FOLD, FOLD

in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough

ROLL, ROLL, ROLL

the cookie dough into even sized balls then line 'em up on a parchment lined baking sheet leaving some space in between each one

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 350° oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are set

QUICKLY, QUICKLY, QUICKLY

press half a large marshmallow into each cookie then bake for an additional 2-3 minutes
