Oh, Hello. I'm Hot Peppers in Oil. The condiment you didn't know you needed.

SLICE THE HOT PEPPERS

keep the seeds &  wear gloves.  Trust me.

NEXT UP...

add 'em to a large  bowl.

POUR THE VINEGAR OVER  TOP

 making sure  they're all submerged...

COVER WITH SIRAN WRAP

& allow to soak for 12-24 hours

TA-DA!

pickled hot peppers (which will help in mellowing out their bite a bit)

DRAIN THE VINEGAR!

in a colander over a bowl...

PRO TIP:

save the hot vinegar for things like dressings, sauces & marinades

LET'S JAR THESE BABIES UP

start with a large, clean mason jar

LAYER UP THE INGREDIENTS

the hot peppers, minced garlic & salt

POUR IN THE OLIVE OIL

until all the peppers are covered

GIVE 'EM A GOOD STIR

stir, stir, stir

FASTEN THE LID...

& store in the fridge forever, and ever.
