HOW TO COOK A RIBEYE STEAK

Restaurant style steak in the comfort of your own home!

PAT, PAT, PAT

the steak dry on both sides with clean paper towel to remove any excess moisture

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

the steak GENEROUSLY on both sides with salt and pepper

HEAT, HEAT, HEAT

the butter in a pan until very hot and melted. Add the steak and sear on both sides, until a crust forms

ADD, ADD, ADD

the smashed garlic and fresh herbs and cook for a few more minutes until the flavours infuse

DON'T FORGET

to sear all of the sides of the steak and baste it with the melted butter. Then finish it in a 400° oven for 10-15 mins

REST, REST, REST

the steak on a cutting board underneath a foil tent for at least 10 minutes before slicing against the grain
