HOW TO COOK RICE IN THE INSTANT POT

the rice under cold running water until it runs clear and not milky or cloudy

ADD, ADD, ADD

the rinsed rice & cold clean water to the instant pot (1:1 ratio)

SET, SET, SET

the Instant Pot to 3 minutes on high pressure. Don't forget to seal the valve!

RELEASE, RELEASE, RELEASE

the pressure naturally for 10 minutes then quick release the remaining pressure

QUICKLY, QUICKLY, QUICKLY

open the lid to reveal your perfectly fluffy rice. Stir in some salt, if desired.
