HOW TO ROAST GARLIC IN THE OVEN

I meeeean. Need I say anything?!

PEEL, PEEL, PEEL

the outer layer of loose skin off the garlic being sure to keep the bulb and cloves intact

CUT, CUT, CUT

about a 1/4-inch off the tops of the bulb exposing the inner cloves then place it on a piece of foil

DRIZZLE, DRIZZLE, DRIZZLE

with some olive oil & a sprinkling of salt & pepper, if desired

WRAP, WRAP, WRAP

the foil around the garlic bulb creating a little parcel

ROAST, ROAST, ROAST

in a 400° oven for 30-60 minutes or until the cloves are caramelized, soft & tender

There are NO limits for what you can do with Roasted Garlic!
