the rice under cold water to remove some of the starches

the rice and water (or broth) to the instant pot, stir to submerge, put on the lid, close the valve and set to high pressure for 15 mins

AFTER, AFTER, AFTER

the 15 minutes is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes then quickly release the remaining pressure

REMOVE, REMOVE, REMOVE

the lid and fluff the rice up with a fork
