by adding 1 cup of liquid (broth or water) to the bottom of the pot along with the metal trivet

LINE UP THE CHICKEN BREASTS

in a single layer on top of the metal trivet

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

with salt & pepper (or other preferred spice blend). Don't forget to do both sides & be generous with it!

CLOSE THE LID

& switch the valve to the "sealing" position

SET THE PRESSURE

10 minutes on high, with a 5 minute natural release
