your chicken in the jerk sauce for at least 8 hours but preferably overnight (swipe up for jerk sauce recipe)

LOAD UP THE GRILL

make sure the chicken has enough room to breathe and you don't overcrowd the grates

COOK, COOK, COOK

the chicken on medium heat for 30-40 minutes, turning occassionally

BASTE, BASTE, BASTE

the chicken with the jerk sauce every so often to add that extra boost of flavour!

USE A THERMOMETER 

to check for doneness, it's ready when an instant read thermometer registers at 165° without touching the bone
