DO YOUR BEST

to dry the chickpeas using a paper towel. Don't worry if some of the skins come off!

SEASON THE CHICKPEAS

with liquid smoke and extra virgin olive oil

MORE SEASONING, PLEASE!

add your spices: garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper

STIR, STIR, STIR

toss those chickpeas up and get them coated in all of the seasonings

TIME TO ROAST

let's bake those chickpeas in a 375° oven for 30-45 minutes or until they're niccce and crispy

FOR THE VEGAN "PARMESAN CHEESE"

Add Nutritional Yeast and Hemp Seeds into the food  processor and pulse a few times

FOR THE CREAMY DRESSING

Add all the dressing ingredients into a food processor and blend. **Omit worcestershire and dijon to make it Vegan
