Everything you love about a classic Egg Roll but loaded into a bowl, instead of a deep fried carb-y wrapper.

MAKE THE SAUCE THAT SEASONS THE GROUND TURKEY & VEGGIES

this is different from the Sweet & Sour Sauce that gets drizzled on at the end...

COOK THE GROUND TURKEY

in a hot skillet until browned. Then drain...

LET'S SOFTEN  UP THOSE VEGGIES

in some sesame oil. White parts of the green onions, garlic & ginger...

NEXT UP...

add in the shredded coleslaw mix and cook until soft

KEEP GOING...

add in the cooked ground turkey then season to taste with salt & pepper

LET'S ADD THOSE EGGS IN

PRO TIP: Make a well in the center, scramble them first then add them in & let them firm up a bit first before mixing

NOW FOR THAT SAUCE WE MADE AT THE START...

stir it in until it's well combined...

TIME FOR THE STAR OF THE SHOW: THE KETO SWEET & SOUR SAUCE

add all the ingredients to a saucepan on the stove and simmer a few minutes until thickened

LOAD UP THOSE BOWLS!

don't forget to top 'em with chopped green onions for extra flavour & crunch

AND, OF COURSE,

a healthy drizzle of that homemade Keto Sweet & Sour Sauce...

And dinner is served in just 15 minutes!
