slice the bell peppers, dice the onion & mince the garlic

BROWN THE GROUND BEEF

& then drain and set aside until ready to use...

NOW FOR THE VEGGIES

add the oil, bell peppers & onions to the skillet and cook a few minutes, until soft

NEXT UP, THE MUSHROOMS

cook, stirring frequently, until soft

ADD THAT COOKED GROUND BEEF BACK...

LET'S MAKE THE CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE!

add the cream cheese, some mozzarella & heavy cream to a sauce pan & stir

until allll the cheese melts and a thick sauce forms...
