On a low carb or keto diet this Thanksgiving? Not to worry!

the bacon to a skillet and cooked until browned and crispy, remove, keeping 2 tbsp of grease in the skillet

the diced onions and celery to the skillet and cook until soft

the bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic and cook until soft

the cauliflower florets and cook, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes

all of the herbs and chicken broth and stir until all of the flavours are well combined

the crispy bacon to the skillet and stir making sure all of the flavours are evenly dispersed

the cauliflower stuffing to a 9x13 baking dish and spread out evenly, top with chopped nuts

ADD, ADD, ADD

in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cool for a few minutes before serving
