MEATLOAF IN THE AIR FRYER RECIPE

Can you believe this tender & moist meatloaf was cooked in the Air Fryer?!

GATHER ALL YOUR MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS

& add 'em to a large bowl

MIX, MIX, MIX

I like using my hands to do this so I can mix until combined without overworking the meat

PRO TIP

use a loaf pan to help you shape your meatloaf, line it with plastic wrap to prevent sticking

SCOOP, SCOOP, SCOOP

the ground beef mixture  loosely into the loaf pan

LOOSLEY

pat it down with a spatula to fill in the cracks and edges

CAREFULLY

turn the meatloaf out onto the air fryer tray or basket lined with parchment paper, pat around the edges to even everything out

TIME TO AIR FRY!

at 400° for 20 minutes

MEANWHILE

mix all the glaze ingredients in a bowl

SAUCE THAT BABY UP!

brush the glaze allllll over the sides and top of the meatloaf

BACK TO THE AIR FRYER!

for 5 additional minutes to crisp up that glaze!

DINNER MADE EASY

thanks to the Air Fryer that cooks this baby up in half the time it would take in an oven!

REST FOR 5-10 MINS

then slice & dig in!
