Bakery style bread with minimal effort required.

ADD, ADD, ADD

the flour, yeast and salt to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine

ADD, ADD, ADD

the water to the bowl and use a spoon or rubber spatula to stir to combine

REST, REST, REST

in a warm, draft free place, covered in plastic wrap for 12-18 hours

HEAT, HEAT, HEAT

your dutch oven pan and lid in a 450° oven for at least 30 minutes

SCRAPE, SCRAPE, SCRAPE

the dough out onto a floured piece of parchment paper, gently shape it into a loose ball and cover with plastic wrap while your pan heats up

LIFT, LIFT, LIFT

both the parchment paper and the dough ball into the hot pan (carefully)

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 10-15
