NO NOODLE CHICKEN SOUP

Packed full of veggies & a flavourful broth, you won't even miss the noodles in this No Noodle Chicken Soup.

START BY ADDING THE WHOLE CHICKEN TO A LARGE POT

& fill it to the brim with water

NEXT UP, THE SPICES

give it a good stir and put the lid on the pot

BOIL, BOIL, BOIL

for a minimum of 2 hours or until the meat is completely falling off the bone

CAREFULLY

remove the chicken & bones from the pot

SHRED, SHRED, SHRED

the chicken from the bones using your hands

SPICE UP THE BROTH AGAIN

with the second round of spices

ADD THE CHICKEN BACK TO THE POT

& top it up with water. Put the lid on & bring it to a boil.

ADD ALL THE VEGGIES...

onions, garlic, celery & baby carrots

AND FINALLY, THE PARSLEY

remove the pot from the heat & give it a good stir

This No Noodle Soup will surely warm your bones all Winter long!
