START WITH A LARGE BUNCH OF FRESH KALE

use your hands to gently tear the leaves off the stems into bite size pieces

WASH & DRY THE KALE

PRO TIP: invest in a salad spinner! You want these leaves as DRY as possible

NEXT UP

add the dry kale leaves to large bowl

TIME TO SEASON

keep it plain with just salt, pepper & olive oil or get crazy with whatever seasonings you want!

MASSAGE THAT KALE!

using your hands gently massage the oil and seasonings into the kale to help tenderize the leaves

SPREAD 'EM OUT!

in a single layer with as LITTLE touching as you can manage!
