the potatoes into very thin slices using a mandoline or a food processor with a slicer attachment. Or, you can do it by hand...sucka!

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

with olive oil, salt and pepper. Be generous! (or use different seasonings, of your choice)

LAY 'EM DOWN

on a parchment lined baking sheet, in a single layer, being careful not to overlap. Hit 'em with a bit more seasoning.

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 400° oven for 30 minutes, flipping after 15. Keep an eye on them every 5 minutes after that to ensure nothing burns.
