ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH WITH PARSLEY & BUTTER

The perfect Fall side dish (but so good, you'll crave it all year round)

CUT, CUT, CUT

the butternut squash into cubes (the best way you know how)

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

the cubed squash with a little bit of olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss well to coat!

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 400° oven for 30-35 minutes or until the squash is fork tender

MELT, MELT, MELT

some butter in a pan then sautée a couple cloves of minced garlic

ADD, ADD, ADD

the roasted butternut squash & chopped fresh parsley, tossing to combine

Simple yet delicious.
