For those who don't like runny yolks...

ADD, ADD, ADD

butter or cooking oil to a hot pan (on low heat) and melt/coat the bottom of the pan

CRACK, CRACK, CRACK

an egg into the skillet and then use a knife to break the yolk and spread it over the white part as much as you can

COOK, COOK, COOK

until the white parts are mostly set

FLIP, FLIP,, FLIP

the egg carefully with a spatula

COOK, COOK, COOK

until everything is fully set and cooked through then season with salt and pepper

Perfect for breakfast spreads, burgers or sandwiches.
