Meet your new fav way to cook fish: Where parmesan cheese replaces breadcrumbs!

MIX, MIX, MIX

the parmesan cheese with all the spices in a large but shallow bowl until well combined

PAT, PAT, PAT

your fish dry with clean paper towels to remove excess moisture

BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH

with olive oil on both sides of the fish

COAT, COAT, COAT

the fish in the parmesan spice mixture making sure it's niiiicely coated all the way around

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

your fish in a 400° oven for 5-12 minutes (depending on the thickness of your fish)

GARNISH, GARNISH, GARNISH

with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges
