MAKE THE DRESSING

EVOO, Apple Cider Vinegar, Oregano, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice and Zest, Salt, Pepper

SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!

Shake the dressing until all of the ingredients are well combined.

MAKE THE SALAD

Throw all the fresh & flavourful salad ingredients into a large bowl...

DRESS HER UP!

Add as much or as little of the dressing as you want...

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

Don't forget the freshly grated Parmesan Cheese!

AND NOW FOR THE FUN PART

TOSS, TOSS, TOSS!!!

PLATE HER UP!

Divide the tossed Tuna Pasta Salad amongst plates or bowls...
