FALL OFF THE BONE PORK BABY BACK RIBS

By Hip Hip Gourmet

It's time you add tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs to the already long list of amazing things the Instant Pot can do.

MAKE THE DRY RUB

USE A KNIFE AND PIECE OF PAPER TOWEL

to help you take the "silver skin" off the back of the ribs (this makes them nice & tender)

GENEROUSLY SEASON THE RACKS OF RIBS

both back, front, in out, side, other side...don't miss a spot!

GET THE INSTANT POT READY

with a cup of water and the metal trivet

GET THOSE RIBS IN THERE

make a coil but try to overlap as little as possible

SET THE TIMER

to 30 minutes. Make sure the vent is sealed!

WHEN IT BEEPS, IMMEDIATELY RELEASE THE PRESSURE

by turning the knob to the venting position

CAREFULLY, AND I MEAN CAREFULLY

use tongs to transfer the ribs to an aluminum foil lined baking sheet

MORE SEASONING, PLEASE!

allll across the tops & meaty part of the ribs

TIME FOR THE BROILER

which will char these babies & send them over the top!

SLICE 'EM UP

and watch them just fall right off the bone!
