the potatoes then cut them into even size chunks

the butter in a large pot then sauté the onions and garlic until soft

the sliced leeks to the pot and cook until soft and tender, about 5 minutes

the potatoes, salt, pepper and vegetable broth and cook until the potatoes are fork tender

BLEND, BLEND, BLEND

the soup using an immersion or regular blender until you reach your desired consistency

the milk to the pot and stir until well combined

with chopped green onions, fresh chopped herbs & crispy potato peels
