FULLY LOADED POTATO SKINS

PIERCE, PIERCE, PIERCE

potatoes all over with a fork 

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

at 400°F for 50-60 mins or until the potatoes are tender

HALVE, HALVE, HALVE

each potato then hollow them out leaving about 1/4 inch around the edges, brush with olive oil and salt and pepper

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

for an extra 10 minutes per side until crispy 

LOAD, LOAD, LOAD

with cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions

BROIL, BROIL, BROIL

for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is nice and bubbly 

Don't forget the sour cream!
